The college years are an exciting, but sometimes stressful time. Many students encounter problems that are not easily resolvable… or their usual ways of handling problems aren’t working. Counseling Services can provide assistance. Peninsula College Counseling Services offers free, short-term counseling (1 to 3 sessions) and referrals to community resources to help students adjust to, cope with, and succeed in college.
Types of counseling offered through the Student Development Center include:
- Personal counseling (including crisis counseling)
- Career counseling
- Student success counseling (such as stress over classes)
