The college years are an exciting, but sometimes stressful time. Peninsula College Counseling Services offers free, short-term counseling (1 to 3 sessions) and referrals to community resources to help students adjust to, cope with, and succeed in college.
Types of counseling offered through the Student Development Center include:
- Personal counseling (including crisis counseling)
- Career counseling
- Student success counseling (such as stress over classes)
