The East Jefferson County main extension site of Peninsula College is located in Port Townsend, Washington, in the beautiful park-like setting of historic Fort Worden. Our facilities are in the Fort Worden State Park School House. Small campus, and caring staff can help students work toward their academic goals.
Onsite classes as well as online and ITV courses make it possible for East Jefferson County residents to fulfill the requirements for a Peninsula College two-year degree, one-year certificate, or short-term certificates.
Two-Year Degrees:
- Associate in Arts Transfer Degree
- Early Childhood Education AAS Degree (ITV)
- Welding AAS Degree
The extension site also provides a wide range of other courses, including Basic Skills, ESL, Community Education, community service courses and professional development seminars.

The east Jefferson Education Center is located in Port Hadlock, Washington.
Driving Directions:
From HWY 101 (Port Angeles) via WA-20
- Take WA-20 to Four Corners Rd & turn right (WA-19)
- At W. Patison St. (.4 miles) turn left
- End at 209 W. Patison St
From HWY 101 (Kingston)
- Follow signs to Port Townsend WA-104
- Turn right at WA-19 toward Port Townsend
- At W Patison Street turn Right
- End at 209 W Patison St
