When choosing classes, knowing how you will be expected to engage in the class is important prior to registering. Here are some helpful tips to be sure you know for which type of class you are enrolling.
Hybrid
Hybrid mode combines in-person and online instruction. Students in a hybrid class may come to campus in person or meet via Zoom at scheduled times. Class assignments are also conducted online using the online learning management system (CANVAS).

In Person
In-person instruction is delivered in a designated classroom and may use the online learning management system (CANVAS). Instructors identify the dates and times the students must attend in-person classroom instruction with scheduled meeting days and times as published in the class schedule. Courses may require proctored testing which may be available online.

Online
This class has no scheduled meeting time. The course will be conducted online, requiring students to have reliable and daily access to a computer and internet service. Courses may require proctored testing which may be available online.

Other
This class is conducted online in real-time in a virtual classroom with scheduled meeting days and times as published in the class schedule. Students are required to have reliable and daily access to a computer and internet service. Courses may require proctored testing which may be available online.
