Peninsula College will host a series of Running Start Information Night events in Port Angeles, Port Townsend and Forks during February, March, and April.
The events are designed to provide prospective Running Start students and their parents with an opportunity to learn more about the program and how high school juniors and seniors can earn college credit, tuition-free. They will also learn about strategies for success and what parents and families can do to be supportive.
Students and parents who wish to attend a Running Start Information Night on the main campus in Port Angeles may do so on Wednesday, February 12, Tuesday, March 3, or Thursday, April 16. The information sessions and panel discussions will be held in PC’s Little Theater, J Building, at 7:00 pm. An optional campus tour will be offered at 6:30 pm for those wishing to participate.
The Running Start Information Night in Port Townsend is scheduled for Wednesday, April 15, at the PC Port Townsend campus at Fort Worden, 202 Eisenhower Avenue, room 204, beginning at 5:00 pm.
The Forks session will be held on Wednesday, March 4, at Peninsula College Forks, in The Commons, beginning at 5:30 pm.
