Studium Generale is delighted to partner with the celebrated Foothills Writers Series to welcome Peninsula College's own John Victor Anderson to the stage for a poetry reading featuring his original work. The February 13 program will begin at 12:35 pm in the college’s Little Theater.
Anderson is a professor of English and literature. He teaches on the main campus and also in the program offered at Clallam Bay Corrections Center.
His poetry has appeared in Southern Review, The Southern Poetry Anthology, Volume IV: Louisiana,21st Editions’ Jack Spencer—Prism Book Number 3, and elsewhere. He earned his MA in English and MFA in poetry from McNeese State University, and is ABD with the University of Louisiana at Lafayette's PhD program in English, where he specialized in poetry, linguistics, folkloristics, and American literature.
