Peninsula College is proud to announce that Katelyn Sheldon of Port Angeles will serve as the College’s 2020-21 student body president, and Grace Johnson of Marrowstone Island will serve as Vice President. The other eight Associated Student Council officers include Tommylia Dunbar of Campbell River, BC; Taylor Hinds of Hyde Park, UT; Mackenzie Huotari of Ariway Heights, WA; Musuai Isaia of Waipahu, HI; Kascia Muscutt of Leavenworth, WA; Quinlyn Ontiveros of Burley, ID; Hana Sugiat of Depok, Indonesia; and Jordyn Thompson of Hyde Park, UT.
The two executive officers will earn a scholarship valued at $4,500. The other eight members will receive scholarships totaling approximately $2,250. The 10 student leaders will hold a planning meeting today, May 27, and begin their term of service in September. All 10 members were selected by student-led interview committees as outlined in the ASC Constitution and Bylaws.
