Community members are invited to participate in one of two open forums that will help inform the search for Peninsula College’s next president.
The PC Board of Trustees has begun the search to identify the next president of Peninsula College, and is committed to conducting an equitable, inclusive, and transparent national search that will attract a strong and diverse pool of candidates from throughout Washington and the nation.
An important step in the presidential search process is the development of a Presidential Profile. November 2 – 3, the college will host a total of two community forums. The purpose of these sessions is to listen to community input, which will assist with the development of the Presidential Profile. The entire Peninsula College community is invited and encouraged to participate in a discussion about the qualities, characteristics, and qualifications that PC is seeking in its president, and the opportunities and challenges facing Peninsula College in the years to come. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about the presidential search process. The discussions will be facilitated by Jill Wakefield, Ed.D., ACCT Search Consultant.
The community is invited to attend one of two, hour-long, virtual open forums on Tuesday, November 2, from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., or Wednesday, November 3, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. No RSVP is needed.
Participants can join the discussion on Zoom using the following link:

In addition to the community forums, the college has developed a brief electronic survey to be completed by those unable to attend one of the forums. The anonymous responses to the survey will also be used to inform the development of the draft Presidential Profile. The survey is available here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/peninsula-college-presidential-search
Survey feedback must be submitted no later than 8:30a.m. (Pacific Time) on Thursday, November 4, 2021.
