Get the tools you'll need to succeed in math! Learn how to prepare and take a math test. Study math problems that are stumping you. Get tips on overcoming test anxiety. Free pizza will be provided at the workshop.

Harvest Moon (Quinault)

Harvest Moon (Quinault) is a master basket weaver, historian and storyteller.  She will present on cedar and the significance of each part of the cedar tree to the Coast Salish Natives.

Harvest Moon will host a 2 and a half hour workshop for pre-registered participants to weave a cedar bark basket. Space is limited and spots must be reserved. A minimum contribution of $25 per participant to the Peninsula College Foundation will support the Longhouse programming. She will share her knowledge about the past, present and future of basketry during this weaving workshop. Scholarships for student participation will be available.
