Join us for the first Studium Generale of Fall quarter! Teatro Milagro, the Miracle Theater Group from Portland, Oregon, is returning to present another bilingual play. Cuéntame Coyote is about two cousins crossing the border together who decide to find a “coyote” (a person who illegally smuggles border-crossers) to help them make their way to the United States and, hopefully, a better life. The play follows their experiences, both good and bad.

Melissa Williams, Director of the Feiro Marine Life Center, will focus on learning science outside of school. After working as a teaching aquarist with Chicago's noted Shedd Aquarium, Williams was named Executive Director of the Feiro Marine Life Center at Port Angeles City Pier.
