Fall Spectacular!

Event Date:
Saturday, October 1, 2022 - 10:00am
Event Location:
PC Port Angeles Campus

Hot air balloon rides, hands-on learning activities, live music, and a beer garden are just a few of the experiences on tap for PC’s first annual Fall Spectacular: a community-wide festival of fun taking place at Peninsula College on October 1, 2022. Folks of all ages can enjoy an immersive experience across our Port Angeles campus from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Activities in the works include sand sculpting, festival performers, art jam mural, mini-lectures, poetry and prose readings, film screenings, art exhibits, hands-on arts and crafts, and food and drink, including a wine and beer garden. Kiddos can enjoy a bounce house, treasure hunts, face painting, sidewalk chalk art, and tons of fun. We would love to include local businesses and community partners in this event. Please contact kgriffith@pencol.edu if you are interested in volunteering or sponsoring a booth. Please save the date and help us spread the word!

Mini-lectures, screenings, and hands-on learning activities are made possible in part through a National Endowment for the Humanities American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant that supports humanities faculty, staff and projects impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

Save the date, and make plans to join us for this one-of-a-kind event!
