I have a PhD in Performance Studies with a strong interest in improv and standup comedy. Currently, I am chair of the Humanities division and in August I will be performing my improv show for the second time at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. 

Originally from Tulsa Oklahoma, I completed my undergraduate degree in philosophy and psychology at the University of Kansas.  I then studied experimental psychology at Washington State University, where I completed my Masters degree and my Ph.D.
