Notice of Public Hearing

Comments are invited at a Public Hearing, Monday, March 11, 2024, in Cornaby Center, Room A12 at Peninsula College on the proposed revisions to the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 132A-104 The Board of Trustees. These changes are being made to reflect the changes in board meeting dates and communication methods. A public hearing to receive comments will be held:

An overview of the proposed revision will be provided by the Hearing Officer prior to taking comments. Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Following the hearing, the Hearing Officer will prepare a memorandum summarizing the testimony. The President’s Cabinet will review the comments and written submissions.
