Peninsula College invites comments at a public hearing on the proposed new Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 132A-129 Academic Honesty. This hearing will happen at the regularly scheduled Board of Trustees February meeting.
This new WAC aligns the Academic Honesty policy and procedures with the Student Rights and Responsibilities chapter (WAC 132A-127), establishing clear standards of conduct for students regarding academic honesty, discipline, and appeals. The goal is to improve the College’s ability to process academic dishonesty cases effectively.
An overview of WAC 132A-129–Academic Honesty, will be presented by the Hearing Officer before public comments are taken. Written Comments: Accepted until Monday, February 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
