- Bring a few questions or topics you’d like to work on—it makes it easier to dive right in.
- If the Zoom room is busy, no stress! You can hang out in the waiting room and study while you wait.
- Sharing a paper with the Writing Lab? Include the assignment prompt and any notes from your instructor so tutors can give you the best support.
- We’ve got tutors from all over the country. If one session doesn’t click, try another—you might connect better with a different tutor.
- After your session, jot down what clicked and what you want to try next—it’ll make your next session even stronger.
- Need more help? Hop back into another session anytime—you’re not limited to just one!
