Campus Safety will be hosting its annual Vaccine Clinic for all current students and faculty/staff on Tuesday, November 12 from 11:00 am–2:00 pm in the Pirate Union Building (PUB/J Building). Vaccines provided will be for Influenza (Flu) and Covid-19.

Each patient will need to provide:

  • A copy of all insurance card(s)
  • Photo ID (such as drivers' license or government issued ID)
  • Vaccine Administration Record if they have one and would like it updated
  • Completed Immunization Consent and Insurance Forms
