Tidepools magazine, Peninsula College’s long-running literary and art magazine, invites the public to a celebration of creativity and community at its 61st Issue Launch Party on Friday, June 6, 2054, from 5:30–7:30 pm at the ʔaʔk̓ʷustəƞáwt̓xʷ House of Learning, Peninsula College Longhouse, on the Port Angeles campus.
Founded in 1964, Tidepools has showcased the voices and visions of the Pacific Northwest for over six decades. The magazine is produced annually by students enrolled in CMST & ENGL 180/181/182 Tidepools: Exploring Literature and the Arts.

View MoreThe Very Short Film Festival returns to the Little Theater on Saturday, June 14 at 7:00 PM as part of the Spring Arts Week celebration at Peninsula College. It’s free and open to the public. Dr. Lara Starcevich and filmmaker Mark Schwartz co-teach the spring drama class that covers the fundamentals of screenwriting, acting and directing. In this production-centered environment, students write and produce original films for the festival.
