New ctcLink Student Financial Aid Portal
Starting with the 2020-21 academic year (which begins Summer 2020), Peninsula College transitioned to a new college-wide system called ctcLink. Within the ctcLink Financial Aid menu you will be able to access your student financial aid file, required documents, messages from the Financial Aid Office, and any awards for the 2020-21 academic year. Please respond promptly to any requests (made primarily via email) for information by the Financial Aid Office in order to avoid delays in processing your financial aid application (FAFSA or WASFA). (Award information from previous academic years will not be viewable in ctcLink, but will be available still in the old financial aid Portal.)
Activate your ctcLink Account
To activate your ctcLink account, go to https://gateway.ctclink.us and follow the steps in the account activation PDF for current students or for new students. These PDF guides are listed at the bottom of the page.
Remember to write down your ctcLink ID.
Please note: If you already have a ctcLink ID number from one of the other 33 community/technical colleges within WA State, your account is already active and you will use the same ID at Peninsula College. The other 33 community/technical colleges are: Bates, Bellevue, Bellingham, Big Bend, Cascadia, Centralia, Clark, Clover Park, Columbia Basin, Edmonds, Everett, Grays Harbor, Green River, Highline, Lake WA Institute of Technology, Lower Columbia, Olympic, Pierce, Renton Technical, Seattle (Central, North, and South colleges), Shoreline, Skagit Valley, South Puget Sound, Spokane/Spokane Falls, Tacoma, Walla Walla, Wenatchee Valley, Whatcom, and Yakima Valley.
(Old) Student Financial Aid Portal
The "Old" Financial Aid Portal (or "Portal" for short) will give you access to financial aid application info that PC may have received prior to the 2020-21 academic year. This includes a list of missing requirements, your awards, forms and any special messages from the Financial Aid Office from previous academic years, ending with the 2019-20 academic year.

Coming Soon for Summer/Fall 2020!
We’re transitioning to a new software system at Peninsula College called ctcLink.
So what does that mean for you? It means you will soon have a new app and online student center for efficient, anywhere access to PC services, including access to your financial aid info.
You will be able to better manage your experience as a student at PC by simply logging in to a new online student center where you will be able to register for classes, view financial aid eligibility and awards (if you completed the 2020-21 FAFSA or have alternative aid awarded), pay fees, view grades, apply for graduation, and much more. A new free app for your phone and mobile devices will give you access to all of the same important information and resources at PC.
Please Note: You will still have access to view your 2019-20 financial aid info (and prior years' info) in the old financial aid portal at the link above. However, starting with the 2020-21 academic year, new FAFSAs will be downloaded into the new ctcLink system and so 2020-21 financial aid info will not be viewable in the old financial aid portal.
Stay tuned for more info coming soon on this new college-wide system!
