The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) has reported that you have one or more federal loans in bankruptcy status. If you wish to receive additional student loans, you must contact the Financial Aid Office at (360) 417-6390 for more information.
If you do not wish to receive additional student loans, you must submit a written statement to the Financial Aid Office with your printed name, Social Security Number, Student ID Number, signature, and the date stating you do not wish to receive additional student loans.
Your application cannot be processed until this issue is resolved.
