The National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) has reported you have one or more federal loans in discharge status. If you wish to receive additional student loans, you must contact the Financial Aid Office at (360) 417-6390.
If you do not wish to receive additional student loans, you must submit a written statement to the Financial Aid Office with your printed name, Social Security Number, Student ID Number, signature, and date stating you do not wish to receive additional student loans. This is required even if you reported on your FAFSA you do not want student loans.
Your application cannot be processed until this issue is resolved.
