- Student Accommodation Grievance Procedure
A student with grievances relating to accommodations should first work with Services for Disabilities (SSD) staff to address and resolve the issue. If a resolution is not found with SSD staff, the student may pursue any of the following options:
Option A: Contact the Director for Student Advising and Support Services, Holly Quinones-Williams at hquinones-williams@pencol.edu, within 30 days of the alleged act of discrimination. When speaking with the Director for Student Advising and Support Services, students should be prepared to provide:

- A description of the relevant facts, including parties involved and documents related to the problem, and timeline of events.
- Contact information of the student submitting the complaint.
If a resolution is not found between the complainant and Director for Student Advising, the student may submit their complaint to Krista Francis (kfrancis@pencol.edu), Vice President for Student Success.
Option B: In the case that the complainant and Vice President are unable to come to a resolution, the matter will be forwarded to Krista Francis, Peninsula College’s ADA Coordinator.
