Student Email, Office Applications and OneDrive
All registered Peninsula College students are eligible to receive free access to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), a One Drive cloud account and a student email address.
Step 1: Email email@example.com to request a student email address. You can also stop by the library, Monday - Friday between 8am-5pm for in-person requests. Please schedule ahead by calling 360-417-6565.
Step 2: After qualifying you are a registered student, you will receive an school email address <yourname>@smail.pencol.edu and a temporary password.
Step 3: Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com and login with your school issued email address and temporary password. You will be prompted to change your password on first login.
Office 365 Subscription
Students may use their student email address to install Microsoft Office 365. After logging in to the email site, there will be an install button to install office. You will have access to the latest version of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well a storage space on One Drive.
Companies may offer discounts to college students who can show that they have a student email address.
