The IT helpdesk has expanded student services to accommodate technical needs and requests better. There is an additional phone number specifically for students, an online form to apply for loaner equipment, and live help during business hours. We may provide live helpdesk hours into the evening during the winter quarter startup for a couple of weeks if there is a need, so please connect if you foresee needing the help.
Summer Hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
