Studium Generale will open its Fall Quarter series with the traditional Welcome Celebration, a partnership among the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe, the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe, the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe, and Peninsula College.
The annual Welcome was founded by Lola Moses of the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe in 2016, and in the past years has featured language, poetry, education, and culture.

View MoreIn honor of Indigenous Peoples Day, join us to celebrate poetry created and presented by Native poets. The Native Poets Group will begin the event with a reading, followed by an open mic for Indigenous community members to share their poetry.
Native/Indigenous poets are invited to share at an open mic after members of The Native Poets Group offer readings from their original work.

The ASC is subsidizing the cost of tickets for current PC students, but the trip is also available to non-student guests. Participants are on their own to get to and from the game.
