Summary of Duties
Support, organize, and assist with building creative assets for Community Education Program.
- Design, create, and edit digital multimedia including social media graphics, printed flyers, email newsletters, short videos and reels.
- Participate in planning for production of multimedia content.
- Follow branding and ADA guidance for all media.
- Provide customer service at the front desk via phone, email or in-person.
- Answer general questions about Community Education.
- Check online registrations and call students with pending orders.
- Guide students through the registration process by phone, email or in-person.
- Clerical duties include electronic file organization, data entry, and use of word processing software.
- Coordinate pre-class needs with instructors.

- Inventory Management as needed.
- Perform related duties as required.
Other duties are flexible based on the qualifications and interests of the student, which could include:
- Organize and annotate digital files
- Manage social media postings and scheduling
- Assist with paperwork for photo/video shoots
Minimum Qualifications / Required Skills:
- Organized
- High attention to detail
- Reliable
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Open to learning and receiving feedback
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced computer skills (especially with Canva, Social Media Management, and Adobe Creative Suite)
- An understanding of photography and/or videography
- An understanding of graphic design including color theory, design principles, and composition
- Interest in marketing and communications
Approximate Hours Per Week:
Up to 19 hours per week; hours are flexible depending on student availability
Days and Hours Needed:
Normal business hours between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Preferred Start Date:
ASAP - as soon as possible
Rate of Pay:
$20.33 / hour

This position is very flexible with duties and schedule.

8. Technology: Student worker will develop proficiency in common technology tools, including phone, email, online searches, Zoom or other online meeting platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and specific technology used in the student worker's job duties.
9. Upward Management Skills: Student worker will demonstrate competency on how to communicate needs, concerns, and requests to immediate supervisor and other managers.
10. Workplace Simulation Mastery: Student worker will learn how to receive and learn from feedback, importance of regular input to and from the supervisor, and the supervisor will perform genuine performance evaluations and exit interviews.
