Tutoring Center — General Academic Support
The Tutoring Center offers one-on-one tutoring in subjects other than math or English. Availability depends on the course and on tutor staffing.

If your class isn’t listed, you're still encouraged to request a tutor. Please consider submitting the Tutor Request Form early. We’ll do our best to recruit a tutor, though requests take time and placement isn’t always possible.
How to Request a Tutor

- Many of our tutors are PC students or graduates who excelled in the same courses and love helping others succeed.
- Tutoring is available in person or via Zoom, depending on tutor availability and your preference.
- Students may receive up to 15 hours of tutoring per class, per quarter, depending on tutor availability.
Need help now?
- eTutoring provides live virtual tutoring most days of the week with expanded hours that include early morning, late evening, and weekends.
- Tutoring is free and available for many subjects.
- Submit eQuestions and upload papers to receive feedback.

How to Become a Paid Tutor
Teaching is a fabulous way to increase your own understanding of a subject. Get paid to help other students while enhancing your own learning. If you are strong in one or more subjects, and you’re interested in a paid tutoring position, please share your interest.
