What will be accepted as proof of vaccination?

All students taking on-campus classes will need to attest to full vaccination status or declare a vaccination exemption. Attestation forms must be completed by logging into your ctcLink portal and clicking on the Immunization Attestation tile.

You will need to include your vaccination dates, but at this time we don’t require a copy of student vaccination cards. See the document provided on this page called Attestation Directions for Students for step-by-step instructions.
