Concert Band & The Saxologists

Join us on Tuesday, March 11 for the winter performance from the Peninsula College Concert Band with special guests, The Saxologists.

The Saxologists feature Deborah Soderstrom on soprano sax; Jayne Morrison on alto sax; Keith Boll on tenor sax; and Ken Bergevin on baritone sax. Additionally, saxophonists Jayne Morrison and Keith Boll also perform with the Peninsula College Jazz Ensemble.

Featuring classic and modern jazz music by Quincy Jones, Benny Golson, Richard Rodgers and Mary Lou Williams. Featured vocalists are Robbin Eaves and James Morley. The Jazz in the PUB event is free and open to the public.

Studium Generale: Rob DeCou: Educator, Entrepreneur & Ultra-Endurance Athlete

Join PC Faculty member Rob DeCou, who was awarded a Fulbright Associate opportunity to visit Pune, India, where his focus was Social Entrepreneurship. He will bring us a lecture and discussion on his teaching and learning during this time in India.

Rob DeCou is an educator, entrepreneur, and an ultra-endurance athlete who uses his passion and unique ability to persevere and push his limits, from ultra-triathlons to “Everesting,” for the purpose of raising awareness and building community around important issues.
