Peninsula College is excited to welcome back sculptor and Cherokee Nation citizen, Karen Sixkiller, for her solo art exhibit, Cancer Sticks: Corruption of Sacred Tobacco, which sparks conversation and challenges perspectives. Sixkiller's latest exhibit will be open to the public at ʔaʔkʷustəŋáw̕txʷ House of Learning, Peninsula College Longhouse, on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 12:00–3:00 pm, January 7 – June 19, 2025. 

Fish Wars • Film Screening at 10:00 am in The Little Theater

Join us for a screening of the film Fish Wars followed by a dialogue with Professor Corey Larson of The Native Pathways Program at The Evergreen State College and Willie Frank, III, former chairman of the Nisqually Tribe and son of Billy Frank, Jr.

Looking to transfer to a new college or explore your options?

Join us to celebrate five new members of the Pirate Hall of Fame at 5 p.m. on May 31 at the Field Arts & Events Hall. Peninsula College will induct Taylor Larson, Jeremiah Johnson, Julie Stewart, Peter Stewart and the 2015 Pirate women's basketball team. It promises to be a wonderful ceremony, featuring stories from our inductees, light refreshments, and a no-host bar. There is no admission fee.

Welcome Aboard! Join Us at the Digital Storytelling Showcase!

On Tuesday, June 3 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm on Zoom (Meeting ID: 874 8680 7976) and Keegan Hall M-133, please drop by anytime for our Digital Storytelling Showcase on the Self-Care Wheel of Wellness Quest at the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (J.E.D.I.) Hub immersive engagement project.

Join us on Tuesday, June 3 at 12:00 pm for the Peninsula College Jazz Ensemble's Jazz in the PUB performance. Featuring vocalists from the Vocals Masters class. Featured vocalists include Avery Saul, Christine Moon, Hayden Raynurn, Mary Ellen Bartholomew, Janet Lucas, Evelyn Leigh, Doug Breithaupt, and Robin Eaves.

Enjoy of a mixture of Broadway to Pop and listen tto the vocal stylings of favorites like Nice & Easy, Bring Him Home, Puttin' on the Ritz, and many more! The Jazz in the PUB event is free and open to the public.

Join us on Tuesday, June 3 for the spring performance from the Peninsula College Concert Band with special guests The Saxologists. The Saxologists, a saxophone quartet from Sequim City Band, will join the Concert Band in a concert of classical and contemporary music.

During Spring Arts Week, the CEEN Showcase in the Pirate Union Building provides members with the chance to connect and build relationships while demonstrating their artful ingenuity, marketing and creative services, and small business efforts.

The Creative Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Network (CEEN) is a student-led support and networking club for current and aspiring business owners attending Peninsula College. The club is open to all PC students and alumni interested in expression, collaboration, and opportunities.

The annual Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest is open to students and staff. The ASC will provide chalk, a spot for your in Pirate Square, music and hot dogs for a super fun end-of-the-year event. It's part of our Student Arts Festival. Join us anytime between 9-3 and have fun creating something yourself, or with friends. No pre-registration needed. The drawings will be judged at 3 p.m. and prizes awarded to the top finishers.

Join us on Thursday, June 5 for the Peninsula College Music Department's Spring Concert. The Spring Concert will showcase musicians from the Jazz Ensemble and Vocal Masters.
