Ticket deadline for PC Day at the Mariners

Students, employees and guests can buy discounted 100-level tickets to the Seattle Mariners game on Sunday June 2, first pitch at 1:10 p.m. for just $10 (students, staff) and $18 for guests. The deadline for purchasing tickets is May 17. The event is sponsored by the Associated Student Council and the PC Foundation. Join us for a fun day at T-Mobil Park. Transportation not included.

Studium Generale: Miyu Uchimura

Studium Generale welcomes Miyu Uchimura, international student leader and mentor, to present a lecture and discussion on Poetry, Language, and Culture.

Miyu Uchimura was born and raised in Chiba, Japan. She will graduate this June, and her tenure as a student at Peninsula College has been highlighted by leadership and mentoring. 

She has worked as a teacher aid and holds the role of Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the college’s ASC (Associated Student Council).

11th Annual Moving Pictures Film Festival : Call for Entries

Peninsula College is pleased to host the Eleventh Annual Moving Pictures Festival Film on Thursday, June 6, as part of the college’s Spring Arts Week. Deadline to submit work for the festival is Thursday, May 30, at Noon.  Entries are open to current and former Peninsula College students. Entries need to be available as a high-quality video on YouTube for submission and less than 11 minutes in length. Animations, slide presentations, and films saved in video format are welcome to be considered.
